Terms and Conditions for Car Rental

• The renter and any additional drivers must be 21 years old or older.
• The renter confirms that he has a valid driver’s license.
• The renter confirms that he understands all the rules and conditions of the company.

• Our cars are insured by us with self-insurance and third-party insurance. In case of   damage to our car, Below are three options for damage insurance on your rental vehicle that you need to choose before the rental:

Option 1: We offer comprehensive insurance for $13 per day with a $250 deductible. This coverage protects against damages to the rental vehicle caused by accidents, theft, fire, and vandalism.

Option 2: Use Your Credit Card Insurance: Most U.S. credit cards offer rental car insurance as a benefit. If you prefer to rely on your card's coverage, you'll need to provide us with a Certificate of Eligible , available on your credit card company's website). Please note that it's your responsibility to keep this form updated as required by your credit card issuer. We'll hold a $500 security deposit on your credit card at the start of the rental. In case of damage, you'll pay us for the repairs and we'll assist you in filing a claim with your credit card company. However, the responsibility for the insurance coverage and claim process lies solely with you. Please verify the details of your credit card coverage on their website.

Option 3: Use Your Personal Insurance: If you have personal auto insurance that covers rental vehicles, you don't need to purchase additional coverage from us. Please provide us with your insurance details before the start of your rental.

• The main driver in each rental will take full responsibility for the car for the entire      rental period.
• The main driver must present a credit card with insurance at the beginning of the rental.
• Payment for the rental will be charged in advance from the credit card that was presented with the insurance at the beginning of the rental. If the renter wants to      pay in a different way, we will charge the card with the rental amount and refund it after the other payment. The renter must notify us in advance of any change in the payment method. In case of a monetary refund that is not due to our mistake, we will charge the renter for all the fees we paid to the clearing companies.
• Parking tickets  and road tolls: The renter is responsible for paying all the parking      tickets and road tolls that were incurred during the rental. If we receive a demand for payment for these tickets or tolls, we will charge the renter’s card with the required amount and a fee of $5 for each ticket or toll.
• Easy Pass: Our cars have an Easy Pass device installed that should not be removed from its place. If the renter wants to use his own Easy Pass device, he can doso, but he must return the company’s device to its place. Loss or theft of the company’s device will result in charges of the cost of the device plus damages plus a fine of $50.
• Fuel: The renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel that he took with it, no more and no less. There are no refunds for extra fuel filling. If the renter returns less fuel, he will pay for the fuel according to the company’s price, which is higher than usual. Therefore, we recommend  returning the car with the exact same amount of fuel.
• Additional  drivers: The price for each additional driver is $7 per day. It is mandatory to send a license and get approval in advance for each additional driver. There is no insurance and no possibility to transfer the car to another driver who was not updated in advance and did not receive prior approval that he is going to drive the car. Even when that specific driver received approval in the past, he must receive approval      again for each rental.
• Long-distance trips: We are a local company that does not rent cars for trips that take more than two and a half hours away from the car pickup location. In case of a trip that exceeds this distance, we will not have towing insurance for the car and the responsibility for returning the car is on the renter.
• When paying in full (not including night charges, Shabbos and special rates) the rental includes 150 miles per day. Beyond that, a charge of 20 cents per mile will apply. In cases of partial payment (night charges, Shabbat charges and special rates) the amount of miles included varies. Please verify the allowed amount of miles before renting.
• Key loss: Key loss will result in a key renewal cost according to the company’s pricing      plus $50 fee.
• Credit card verification: The car orderer is obliged to verify that his card will pass at the beginning of the rental in the amount of the entire rental. We will not be able to issue a car without charging all the rental fees in advance.
• Car transfer to another driver: There is no insurance and no possibility to transfer the      car to another driver who was not updated in advance and did not receive prior approval that he is going to drive the car. Even when that specific driver received approval in the past, he must receive approval again for      each rental.
• Agreement to the regulations: The moment you rent the car, it means that you agree to the regulations in full.
• Order cancellation: Cancellation of a car reservation up to 24 hours from the      beginning of the rental without charge. After that, cancellation of the reservation will result in a charge of $30.
• Video and pictures of the car: At the beginning of the rental we require the      customers to send a video from all sides of the car. Only the video that is sent is the one that determines in case of a dispute between the company and the customer in the event of new damage to the car. In case you did not send at the time of the car exit and at the time of the car return, any damage that will be in the car will be charged to the customer. The customer must send a picture of the mileage and fuel at the beginning and end of the rental. In case you did not send, the mileage and fuel will be counted according to the company’s exit estimate.
• Smoking in the car: Smoking in the car (or anything that produces an unusual smell in the      car) is strictly prohibited. The case of returning a smoke smell or any unusual smell in a way that does not allow us to rent the car immediately to the next customer, we will charge a fine of $250. 1.  אנו מציעים ביטוח מקיף במחיר של 13$ ליום עם השתתפות עצמית של 250$. ביטוח זה מכסה נזקים שנגרמו לרכב השכור כתוצאה מתאונה, גניבה, אש, ואנדליזם.

2. ביטוח דרך הכרטיס אשראי: רוב כרטיסי האשראי האמריקאים מציעים ביטוח רכב שכור כחלק מהטבות הכרטיס. במקרה שתרצה/י לסמוך על הביטוח של הכרטיס אשראי, את/ה תשלח לנו הוכחת זכאות (תוכל/י למצוא את זה באתר האינטרנט של חברת האשראי שלך שים לב שהאחריות לחידוש הטופס לפי דרישות חברת האשראי היא על הלקוח) אנחנו נחזיק מתחילת ההשכרה חיוב ערבון בכרטיס האשראי שלכם בסכום של 500$ ובמקרה של נזק לרכב, אתם תשלמו לנו את עלות הנזק ואנחנו נשמח לסייע לכם בתהליך קבלת ההחזר מחברת האשראי (האחריות לביטוח זה ולתביעת חברת האשראי היא על הלקוח בלבד כמו"כ האחריות לוודאות שיש לכרטיס שברשותך ביטוח היא על הלקוח, תוכלו למצוא את הפרטים באתר של חברת האשראי שלכם).

3. ביטוח פרטי של הלקוח: אם ברשותכם ביטוח רכב פרטי הכולל כיסוי רכב שכור, אינכם זקוקים לרכישת ביטוח נוסף דרכנו (תצטרכו לשלוח לנו את פרטי הביטוח לפני תחילת ההשכרה).

הנהג הראשי בכל השכרה ייקח אחריות מלאה על הרכב לכל זמן ההשכרה.

- על הנהג הראשי להציג כרטיס אשראי עם ביטוח בתחילת ההשכרה.

- תשלום עבור ההשכרה יחויב מראש מהכרטיס האשראי שהוצג עם הביטוח בתחילת ההשכרה. אם השוכר רוצה לשלם באופן אחר, אנחנו נחייב את הכרטיס בסכום ההשכרה ונחזיר אותו לאחר התשלום האחר. השוכר חייב לעדכן אותנו מראש על כל שינוי באופן התשלום. במקרה של החזר כספי שלא נובע מטעות שלנו, אנחנו נחייב את השוכר בכל העמלות ששילמנו לחברות הסליקה.

- דוחות חניה ואגרות כבישים: השוכר אחראי לשלם על כל הדוחות חניה והאגרות כבישים שנגרמו במהלך ההשכרה. אם אנחנו נקבל דרישה לתשלום עבור דוחות או אגרות אלה, אנחנו נחייב את הכרטיס של השוכר בסכום הדרוש ובעמלה של 5 דולר עבור כל דוח או אגרה.

- איזי פאס: ברכבי החברה מותקן מכשיר איזי פאס שאין להוציא ממקומו. אם השוכר רוצה להשתמש במכשיר איזי פאס אישי שלו, הוא יכול לעשות זאת, אבל יש לו להחזיר את המכשיר של החברה במקומו. אובדן או גניבה של המכשיר של החברה יגרור חיובים של עלות המכשיר פלוס נזקים פלוס קנס של 50 דולר.

- *דלק*: השוכר חייב להחזיר את הרכב עם אותה כמות דלק שלקח איתו, לא יותר ולא פחות. אין החזרים על מילוי תוספת דלק. אם השוכר יחזיר פחות דלק, הוא ישלם על הדלק לפי מחיר החברה, שהוא גבוה מהרגיל. לכן, אנחנו ממליצים להחזיר את הרכב עם אותה כמות דלק מדויקת.

- *נהגים נוספים*: המחיר לכל נהג נוסף הוא 7$ ליום. חובה לשלוח רישיון ולקבל אישור מראש על כל נהג נוסף. אין ביטוח ואין אפשרות להעביר את הרכב לנהג אחר שלא עודכן מראש ולא קיבל אישור מראש שהוא הולך לנהוג ברכב. אפילו כשאותו נהג ספציפי קיבל אישור בעבר

- נסיעות מרוחקות: אנחנו חברה מקומית שלא משכירה רכבים לנסיעות העולות על שעתיים וחצי מרחק ממקום איסוף הרכב. במקרה של נסיעה החורגת ממרחק זה, לא יהיה לנו ביטוח גרירות על הרכב ואחריות החזרת הרכב היא על השוכר,

  לתשומת לבך, בעת תשלום מלא (לא כולל חיובי לילה, שבת וזמנים מיוחדים) ההשכרה כוללת 150 מייל ליום. מעבר לכך יחול חיוב של 20 סנט למייל. במקרים של תשלום חלקי (חיובי לילה, שבת וזמנים מיוחדים) כמות המיילים הכלולה משתנה נא לוודא בטרם ההשכרה את כמות המיילים המותרת. 

- איבוד מפתח: איבוד מפתח יגרור עלות חידוש מפתח לפי תמחור החברה פלוס 50$ דמי עמלה.

- מרכב תחתון: ביטוח החברה לא כולל מרכב תחתון (פנצ’ר, מכות במרכב התחתון וכו’). הם על אחריות השוכר בלבד.

ווידוא כרטיס אשראי: על מזמין הרכב חובת הווידוא שהכרטיס שלו יעבור בתחילת ההשכרה בסכום כל ההשכרה. לא נוכל להוציא רכב ללא חיוב כל דמי ההשכרה מראש.

העברת הרכב לנהג אחר: אין ביטוח ואין אפשרות להעביר את הרכב לנהג אחר שלא עודכן מראש ולא קיבל אישור מראש שהוא הולך לנהוג ברכב. אפילו כשאותו נהג ספציפי קיבל אישור בעבר, חייב לקבל אישור חוזר בכל השכרה.

הסכמה לתקנון: ברגע שאתה משכיר את הרכב, פירושו שאתה מסכים לתקנון במלואו.

ביטול הזמנה: ביטול הזמנת רכב עד 24 שעות מתחילת ההשכרה ללא עלות. לאחר מכן, ביטול הזמנה יגרור חיוב בעלות של 30$.

וידאו ותמונות של הרכב: בתחילת ההשכרה אנחנו מחייבים את הלקוחות לשלוח וידאו מכל צדדי הרכב. רק הוידאו שנשלח הוא הקובע במקרה של מחלוקת בין החברה ללקוח בקרה של נזק חדש ברכב. במקרה ולא שלחת בזמן יציאת הרכב ובזמן החזרת הרכב, כל נזק שיהיה ברכב יחויב על הלקוח. על הלקוח לשלוח תמונה של מיילים ודלק בתחילת וסיום ההשכרה. במקרה ולא שלחת, המיילים והדלק יספרו כפי הנחת המוצא של החברה.

עישון ברכב: העישון ברכב (או כל מה שמייצר ריח חריג ברכב) אסור בהחלט. המקרה של החזרה ריח עישון או כל ריח חריג בצורה שלא מאפשרת לנו להשכיר את הרכב במיידי ללקוח הבא, אנחנו נחייב קנס של 250$.
